Watercolor Purple Nail Art

0

The watercolor effect as a nail art is really good looking decoration and it’s also really easy to be made. Take a look and try it yourself:

Before applying any kind of nail decoration, or just wanting to paint on simple, one-colored nail polish, you should file and shape your nails. Otherwise, your nail art won’t look good at all. Filing and shaping is the very first step of every good looking manicure.

After the canvas is prepared you should apply the basic nail polish. For this nail art, the white nail polish is chosen. Apply a second layer if the first one isn’t covering the nail enough. Let it dry completely. Remember to apply thin layers of nail polish, that way it won’t crack. So, the base is dry and you should continue.

You will need acetone, two or three different shades of a nail polish, for example purple, and cotton swabs.

Mix some nail polish and acetone and dip in the cotton swab in it. Start dotting on the mixture on your nails. Use the different tones for a greater effect. After you are satisfied with the result, blend in the edges of the circles with a cotton swab, dipped into acetone.

Clean up the mess around your nail and apply a thick layer of top coat.

Done!
